Hello! We are the Zapata family, and we're excited to participate in a language exchange this summer. We are a family of four, living in Barcelona, Spain. Our son Victor is 14 years old and eager to improve his English skills while making new friends from different cultures. We also have a 4 year old son named Ruben, who is interested in learning about other cultures as well.
We are looking for a family with a teenager close to our son's age, ideally from Malta or the UK, who is interested in a reciprocal exchange. Our plan is for our son to stay with your family for two weeks during the summer, followed by your child staying with us for two weeks. The exact dates are flexible, but we're hoping to arrange the exchange between June and July.
Our family loves spending time outdoors, playing games, and exploring new places. We live in a comfortable three bedroom house with a little terrace and a jacuzzi, in a safe and friendly neighborhood. We are close to parks, museums, the beach and other attractions that can offer a fun and enriching experience for your child during their stay.
During the exchange, we can provide a supportive and engaging environment for language learning. We will encourage regular conversations in English and expose your child to various cultural experiences in our city. In return, we hope that our son can have a similar experience while staying with your family, improving his English skills and learning about your culture.
