I am a single Dad raising two boys ages 7 and 9. I work in Marketing for the Architectural Digest Home Design Show and my two boys were born in Minneapolis and are turning in to real New Yorkers. I have lived in New York for over 20 years having spent 18 months traveling the world and 5 years back in Minneapolis where they were born. My travels abroad helped me realize how much the world can teach and I want to have my boys experience other cultures and travel. We often offer our home to family and friends and hope, when we leave, that it is never vacant because New York can offer so many people such wonderful things. As my boys are young, we have traveled together to many places and find that their travel is one of the few things that really hang in their memories. My extended family is around the New York area so I am often with siblings and cousins and could afford someone a healthy dose of urban New York and extended family.
