Hi, we are a family from Málaga (Spain). We are Chon (my wife), Chon (14 years, same name), Sofía (9 years) and me, Raúl.
We would like to make an interchange with a German girl of around the same age as our older daughter, during the month of July.
Our maternal language is Spanish but all of us can speak in English fluently (the girls have had and English speaker au pair since they were babies), and due to the girls go to a French school they are fluent in French too (including my wife).
We have been au pairing for a long time to help our kids with foreign languages and to know diferents cultures. It has been great to share our home with girls of all the world (German, British, Americans, Frenchs, Italians, Australians, Ghana...). But now the girls are older and we would like to try with new experiences for them. This is our first time with the interchange.
We are an active and funy family, with a great commitment with the education of our girls and they are really nice girls, a bit shy as the beginig :).
Both of our daughters sail, so it will be great if we can make this interchange with a girl who sails too (Optimist or Ilca).
If your daughter is interested in spanish courses there are plenty of them around our neighborhood.
