Hello! I grew up the heart of the Texas and was raised in a loving family who always encouraged me to explore the world and pursue my dreams. I soon left home and made my way to university where I caught the travel bug on my first trip over the big pond. Since then, I have travelled to over 20 different countries and lived in several others including Spain, El Salvador, and Israel. I am always up for an adventure and most would call me a "mover" and a "health nut." My love for wellness, movement and physical activity lead me to develop a passion for dance, running, cycling, swimming, climbing, high intensity cross training, and finally mind-body-spirit wellness through the study and practice of mindful nutrition and yoga. I am a certified yoga instructor, Spanish teacher and studying to become a nutritional therapist/functional diagnostic nutritionist.
