We are a large family of eight people and we live in a rural setting about 4km from Mullingar (a big town). We are 1 hour from Dublin on the train. This is a busy, vibrant household full of sporting children who travel to soccer and basketball and Gaelic football constantly. At the moment the mother of the house is a housewife and the father is a University Lecturer (both in their forties). The children are all very friendly and would make anyone very welcome. We have four girls 11, 15, 17 and 19 in the house so we would be much more suited to a girl of any of those ages. The boys are 13 and 20. We are a family that loves to visit sights and would bring the person who was staying to see the most famous landmarks in Ireland.
